What you can do for us :
Develop a strong external customer base for Prosemi testing and services within the Asia regions.
Understand the potential markets for Prosemi testing and services and develop strategic plans to bring customer requirements and business to Prosemi.
Work closely with Business Development team to identify and develop additional areas of opportunities in new verticals such as semiconductor manufacturing, etc
Frequent engagement with clients and set up face-to-face visits and meetings with key personnel (Eg: Finance, QA, Supply Chain etc) to identify opportunities.
Anticipate where issues and opportunities and develop relationships within those areas to capitalize.
Utilize presentation skills to set Fusion sales team up with the ability to pitch and sell Prosemi services and testing.
Provide both verbal and written feedback following customer engagements. Write visit summaries and follow up on action items
Work with management and marketing to develop marketing plans and strategies to market and sell Prosemi testing and services
Attending, participating in tradeshows, exhibitions, and seminars to broaden scope of outreach
Travel in the region and coordination with Prosemi and Fusion management to discuss opportunities.
Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for :
A strong relationship builder with 3-5 years of relevant B2B Sales, experience within testing and semiconductor would be an added advantage
Experienced in new business development to build new pipelines and prospecting to new clients. Ability to drive the business strategy to fulfill business objectives and targets
Highly independent with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit to demonstrate professional with ethical approach to selling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all levels and teams on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis to support APAC strategies.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving. Bold mindset in overcoming obstacles and rejection
Proficient with standard business tools (MS Office 365)
Willingness to travel, this is an outside position
