Roles and Responsibilities
1. Grow, manage and build relationship with assigned accounts to ensure total customer satisfaction
2. Establish new customers and expand sales with existing customers to increase overall market share
3. Formulate business plan and marketing strategy for the targeted market
4. Analyse market condition and identify potential market, and products to focus on effective business development
5. Develop and keep abreast of the latest technologies, products, and solutions in the markets through browsing trade exhibitions, attending trade exhibitions, participating as an exhibitor.
6. Work closely with engineering team to provide solutions to customers
7. Ability to create value propositions for customers and sell the benefits of a premium product
8. Ensure all sales leads are dealt with in a timely fashion and quotations are prepared, and conveyed to customers
9. Worked closely with principals on the pricing, availability of products to ensure all sales are followed up and delivered on time.
10. Prepare tender of different scale, complexity and scope variation
11. Responsible for all project costing matter but not limited to compile and calculate project cost encompassing cost for materials, services, engineering hours, project management hours and service man hours
12. To prepare and attend tender clarifications and negotiation with prospects
13. Submit monthly sales report and project status report on time
14. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Education Level
1. Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or Business Information Technology
Experience/Technical Skills
1. Experience in Transportation, Telecommunications, Homeland Security or Military industry
2. Strong understanding of Telecommunication systems, Security systems, IP network
3. Strong customer service skills
4. Good communication and presentation skills
5. Positive attitude and good team spirit with effective negotiating skills
