Remuneration: up to $4000 (basic) + $1200 (transport) + Quarterly incentive
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Manager in identifying current and future business opportunities in Singapore by supporting in developing strategic plans.
Maximize sales by identifying and communicating compelling customer value propositions consistently, appropriate technology selection through surveying designated customer account sites, competitive pricing models, payment terms,
warranty, service contracts, supplies agreements.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the selected accounts businesses, drivers, initiatives and the critical success factors.
Ensure compliance of all selling activities in designated accounts in a matrixed global organization
Ensure understanding and progress of each project by regular funnel reviews using Sales Forces as the central tool and making sure, that all projects and key contacts are in SFDC.
Review competitive installed base and develop competition attack plan with the support from Sales Manager.
Leverage successes at individual sites to win business at other sites.
Nurture existing and create new relationships with Key appointment personnel at Customer Accounts.
Promoting the value of Company coding, marking and imaging products and services to the customers within the specified geographic territory with the goal of maximizing sales revenue growth and market penetration.
Understands Companyt\'s value proposition and customer needs as well as business levers that impact value to prepare and successfully negotiate contracts with win-win outcomes.
Sales and activity reporting Prepare and communicate monthly report and Action Plan (incl. Sales funnel) in time for review.
Competitor and market analysis Capture and analyze competitors and market data for key customers (size, trends, key drivers, pricing, segment news) in Singapore. This includes development of prospecting lists, creation of strong value selling materials, development and review of customer needs, and supplemental market, application, and product research as needed.
Order fulfillment support Assist operations and work with dedicated customer service in the fulfillment of Singapore revenue.
Requirements
A bachelors or technical engineering degree preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience with a proven track record of selling packaging machinery (preferred but not mandatory) or other industrial equipment.
Proven record of increasing responsibility and sales effectiveness in sales career
Sufficient technical ability to understand the key operating principles of various marking technology
Demonstrated track record as a sales individual who has delivered exceptional sales results at large multi-national accounts
Prior sales experience in a complex technical selling environment (e.g. packaging equipment, material handling equipment, factory automation, etc.)
Successful management in a complex matrixed organization.
Examples of creating or working successfully in an established process oriented sales organization
