Through the years, our products are well received by our Singapore based customers has collaborated with us through our design, implementation and maintenance projects. As part of BOSCH\'s business expansion strategy, our Security Solutions Business Unit is seeking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Singapore office.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise, supporting the sales process, and building strong relationships with customers. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our products and solutions, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Responsible for both physical
& (software and hardware) sales in the Singapore and Malaysia markets. * Managing all incoming sales leads and opportunities.
  • Ensure sales targets by increasing wallet share with existing partners and in existing business, developing new partners and business opportunities.
  • Engage and participate in technical sales meetings with customers, end-users, consultants & vendors etc to address technical concerns, provide solutions, and support the closing of deals.
  • Responsible for pre-sales and system proposal.
  • Conduct sales presentation and product demonstrations for access control & intrusion products.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and secure repeat business.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor in the Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related studies
  • Customer oriented and with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proactive and self-motivated, independent attitude towards tasks assigned.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, intensive training will be provided.
