Adecco is partnering with a Global MNC in Manufacturing and Distributing precision components across Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Automation and Industrial Machinery. Sales Engineer is to maintain the key existing clients and developing new business opportunity. The Job:
Strengthen relationships within existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities in targeted industries.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, collaborating with customers and engineers to define requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead nurturing, securing orders, price negotiation, and closing deals.
Build strong technical knowledge of the company's product portfolio to effectively position solutions and create value for clients.
Achieve success through new customer acquisition, upselling and cross-selling, and measurable contribution to overall sales growth.
The Talent:
Degree/Diploma in engineering or relevant field
1 - 2 years sales experience in manufacturing/semicon/component/machinery/automation /manufacturing sectors
