Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for meeting sales targets within designated industries/accounts. You will design and execute strategies for market penetration to optimize business potential. Primary duties include following up on sales leads, promoting company products, and finalizing orders.
Achieve sales targets for company products and services within designated industries and accounts.
Promote and sell company products, providing specialized information as needed.
Manage key accounts such as OEMs, contractors, and end-users.
Make regular sales calls and visits to existing major accounts and establish contact with new accounts.
Ensure proposal pricing is accurate and technically correct.
Organize and conduct effective presentations to customers.
Identify and develop specific sales opportunities, planning targeted sales approaches.
Collaborate with customers to develop specifications that meet their needs.
Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
Good to have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in outdoor sales, preferably in Motors, Fans, or control systems.
Sales experience in the RHVAC market segment, with contacts and relationships with building owners, consultants consultants and contractors.
Relevant certifications or general knowledge in energy management, sustainability, or building retrofitting is a plus.
