Office based 5 days per week

8:30am to 5:15pm

Jurong (25 mins direct bus from Boon Lay MRT)

If you are a positive minded and energetic technical sales engineer looking for an opportunity to use your knowledge in a new and rewarding direction, then this position is for you.

Responsibilities

• Work with a well-established customer base in the petrochemical | pharmaceutical | aviation, and OEM industries in Singapore
• Interpret customer requirements
• Understand industry standards and specifications
• Understand industry standards and specifications
• Formulate sales proposals and negotiate directly with end users to close orders
• Negotiate procurement of materials, parts, sub-contract services and logistics

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline
• Working knowledge of industrial piping and related hardware
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Mature, cheerful and positive attitude
• Reward driven with a real desire to improve sales and business margins
• Work independently within a fast paced and collaborative environment

Advantages

• Some familiarity with ASME | DIN | JIS and similar material specifications
• Previous experience in a plant or on-site maintenance or engineering role
