GENERAL FUNCTION
To ensure completion of sales cycle via developing good product / system knowledge, understanding market needs, developing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. Responsible for the technical support to customers. Supervise the local WTA service team and coordinate with CS on administration work.
TASK
Sales \xe2\x97\x8f Achieve the sales performance targets as set by the management. \xe2\x97\x8f To keep abreast of the existing and new technologies, products and services. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain good customer relationship with new and existing customers. \xe2\x97\x8f Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to ensure company policy, rights and obligations are satisfied and are in place. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify opportunistic project sales and coordinate with operation team to support the implementation of the business model. \xe2\x97\x8f Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support service; attend to customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. \xe2\x97\x8f Manage and supervise the service team and responsible for accounts delegation. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with service team & CS on the alignment of the administration work & documents. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain of proper records of technical and procedural operations. \xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement plans for the delivery of effective technical services. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with service contractor installation & initial treatment work. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify & assign TSR for the new account startup and adhoc.
Managment \xe2\x97\x8f Analyze territory, monitor customer and competitor activities in the market and report important customer and competitor information to the management. \xe2\x97\x8f Engage in continual improvement, productivity and efficiency with customers by performing data and performance analysis, reporting and following up action- Include monthly reporting of accounts status.
Qualifications
University or Diploma Engineering in Chemical/Chemistry or Mechanical will be an advantage
