Manage and support customers in Singapore and across Southeast Asia.
Follow up on sales leads and prepare competitive quotations.
Oversee the entire sales process -- from quotation to order fulfilment -- ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Track and achieve sales targets while forecasting revenue performance.
Monitor market trends and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with customers to identify business opportunities, provide technical support, and resolve issues effectively.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
Prepare and present both internal and external sales reports.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
Prior experience in the
semiconductor industry
will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Proven ability to build and sustain productive relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
