COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client, a reputable ICT solutions provider with global presence, is looking to hire a Japanese-speaking Sales engineer to join their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to potential clients

\xe2\x97\x8f Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base

\xe2\x97\x8f Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements.

\xe2\x97\x8f Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition

\xe2\x97\x8f Help clients to solve problems with product usage.

\xe2\x97\x8f Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses

\xe2\x97\x8f Collect and document competitive intelligence

JOB REQUIREMENTS

\xe2\x97\x8f 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner

\xe2\x97\x8f Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience

\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Presentation skills and ability to convey product value

\xe2\x97\x8f Good time-management skills and great interpersonal and communication skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent written and verbal communication skills

\xe2\x97\x8f BA/BS or IT degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience participating in meetings in Japanese language as we have regular meetings with our Japan HQ security team conducted in Japanese language.

\xe2\x97\x8f Japanese language at business proficiency level to communicate with our Japanese clients for business needs/proposals/execution as well as for reporting purposes to our Japan HQ
