Sales Engineer/Manager - Services

Salary:

$4,000 - $6,000 + Transport allowance + Fleet card (Own car preferred, but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage new customers for service sales in the industrial, marine, offshore, and oil & gas sectors. Maintain high standards of customer service and relationships. Maximize profit margins and meet sales targets through strategic sales and marketing efforts. Conduct sales presentations, gather market intelligence, and submit regular sales reports. Comply with Environment, Health & Safety requirements. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field. Sales experience in Marine, Offshore, or Oil & Gas industry preferred. Experience with 2-stroke or 4-stroke marine engine services is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently under pressure with a continuous improvement mindset. * Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
