Job Summary:xc2xb7 Salary details: Up to $4000xc2xb7 Working Days and Hours: 5 days Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pmxc2xb7 Location of work: Toh Guan Road - WestTransport allowance + Commission.+ VBJob Responsibilities:1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction industry.

• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the construction industry.

• Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets.

3. Technical Consultation and Support:

• Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients on construction products and solutions

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the company's o?erings.

• Assist clients in selecting appropriate products and solutions based on their specific project requirements.

4. Proposal and Quotation Preparation:

• Prepare detailed and accurate proposals and quotations for clients.

• Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to ensure that proposals meet technical and commercial requirements.

• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable sales contracts.

5. Project Coordination and Management:

• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and logistics, to ensure successful project execution.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients

• Address any issues or concerns that arise during project implementation to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.

6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects in the construction industry.

• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to develop competitive sales strategies.

• Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and opportunities for new products or improvements.

7. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and project documentation.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

8. Training and Development:

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on the latest products, technologies, and industry trends.

• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on product usage and applications.

9. Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:

• Gather feedback from clients to evaluate their satisfaction with the company's products and services.

• Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and e?ectively to maintain positive relationships.

• Implement improvements based on client feedback to enhance product o?erings and customer service.

10. Networking and Industry Participation:

• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to enhance business opportunities.

• Represent the company in a professional manner and enhance its reputation within the construction industry

Requirement:

• 2-3 years in experienced in Construction Industry.

• Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the construction industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft O?ice and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
