Ensuring that the products supplied meets the client\xe2\x80\x99s specification.
Conduct after-sales services.
Monitor and coordinate all customers\xe2\x80\x99 Complaints / Corrective action report to QA and other related departments.
Produce appropriate monthly reports and organize monthly update meetings with General Manager (and management).

Education: Min. Diploma
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of Sales Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent customer management skills
