Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to sales enquiries through phone and emails
- Attend to walk-in enquires and occasional sales roadshows
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer\'s satisfaction
- Prepare quotations promptly and is consistent with sales follow ups
- Monthly sales reports of prospecting, new sales orders received, etc
- Job-related admin duties
- Exploring new ways of generating additional sales
- Any other duties assigned by superior
- Diploma in Business / Engineering / related discipline
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented and results-focused
- 5.25 days work week (Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays)
- Knowledge of air-conditioning design and selection will be an added advantage
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
