Main Responsibilities
Provide professional advice on product features, finishes, compatibility, and installation
Build lasting relationships with walk-in customers, interior designers, and contractors
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, close sales, and arrange deliveries
Keep the showroom inviting and well-presented to showcase our curated range
Stay current on design trends, new product launches, and customer needs
Work closely with marketing, operations, and design teams for a smooth customer journey
Record leads, update CRM data, and deliver sales performance reports
What You'll Bring
Proven sales background (interior, lighting, kitchen, or sanitaryware industry preferred)
Strong communication and people skills
Passion for home design and solid product knowledge
Results-driven, able to work both independently and in a team
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English; additional local languages are a plus
Able to work weekends and public holidays (with a weekday off)
