- Locals / PR / Msians welcome (most impt need to own vehicle/motorcycle) - Prepare quotations, work orders, DOs, - Assist and coordinate with internal divisions on work processes - Receive and execute orders received via emails, mobile, landline, fax etc - Coordination with customers, suppliers and all other enquiries - Cold calling customers - Outdoor assessment on site - Perform filing and administrative duties - Handle other ad-hoc assignments - Develop reports for sales to show progress against budget numbers - Proactiveness on work processes and able to give feedback on improvements - Provide good customer service with follow up on any /all requests - Min 3 years of relevant working experience - Multi tasking and able to work independently - Good positive attitude and flexibility - Good grammar/spelling - Maintain attendance and punctuality - Follow directions from a supervisor - Understand and follow work procedures - Hardworking, reliable, dependable and consistent - Competent in Microsoft office - Able to start work immediately - Must have own car with class 3 license - Pleasant & presentable looking - Petrol card given, cannot claim ERP - Reporting to Sales manager - Mon-Fri 9-6pm - Comms up to 4% (depends on performance)
