Job Description

Location: Pioneer Road (Near to Tuas West Road and Tuas Crescent MRT)
Salary: UP to $3800 + Car Allowance + Petrol Fleet Card
Working Hours: Mon to Fri ( Fixed Flexi working Hours ) - * 8.00am - 5.30pm

• 8.30am - 6.00pm
• 9.00am - 6.30pm

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
• Meeting up with Architects, Facade Consultants, and Contractors
• Collecting and analysing feedback from customers and prospects, sharing insights with internal teams to refine and optimize sales strategies
• Proactively seeking new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms

Requirements

• GCE A Level, Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or other relevant professional qualifications
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive
• Prior experience in the building industry is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
