Proactively generate leads and convert enquiries into test drives and closed sales.
Understand and promote the unique selling points of BYD EVs, including technology, features, and environmental benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing professional and personalised service from enquiry to post-sale.
Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an up-to-date CRM database.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Collaborate with marketing and aftersales departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Keep updated on competitor offerings and EV trends.
Assist in showroom operations and attend promotional events, roadshows, or corporate sales activities as required.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electric vehicles preferred.
Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the Singapore automotive market and electric vehicle trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
