Specialize and handle sales for automotive vehicle parts and accessories.
To maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to increase sales.
Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Attend to and listen to customers' sales enquiries and provide solutions to their needs on car accessories.
Explain the benefits of aftermarket accessories to customers.
Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support.
Keep abreast of the new and latest automotive products and accessories.
Maintain and manage in-house accessories inventory.
Liaise and update the Service Advisors on the latest accessories and pricing.
Engage with distributors at the dealership on discounts and rebates based on performance quota.
Work with designers to develop marketing materials.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent, or relevant years of related working experience.
Enjoy talking to people.
Able to prospect via phone, email, and direct selling.
Good persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Patience in dealing with customers and calls.
Ability to handle sales targets and achieve KPIs within deadlines.
Motivated and positive attitude.
Good-to-Have:
At least 2 years of Car Accessories sales working experience
Knowledge of social media marketing & managing online marketplaces (eg. Shopee/Lazada)
* Workplace in Sin Ming area
