Job Description
Position Title
Sales Executive - Moving Branch/Sales
Expected Job Scope
- Responsible for day-to-day management of all aspects of customer service
- Handle general inquiries, requests, and feedback received via phone and email
- Collaborate with the overseas relocation team to ensure exceptionally high service standards are delivered
- Minimum Diploma or Degree, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Preferably 2-3 years or more of sales experience in removal services and/or logistics
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (to interact with global clients including Japanese companies)
- Prior experience in "hunter" sales roles
- Proven track record in sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor to thrive in a team-based environment
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Outgoing and approachable personality
- A strong team player
