As we continue to expand, we are looking for a
Chiller Sales Executive
to join our team and drive business growth by developing our chiller sales pipeline, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to our strategic roadmap in infrastructure and energy efficiency solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive chiller sales and rental opportunities in Singapore and the region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ACMV, HVAC, and integrated building solutions targeting commercial and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their cooling needs and propose suitable solutions.
Provide technical knowledge transfer and training to the internal sales team and service staff.
Collaborate with the project and service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, consultants, main contractors, and facilities management teams.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related fields.
Proven sales experience in
HVAC, chillers, or related cooling solutions.
Strong technical knowledge of chillers, cooling systems, VRF/VRV, AHUs, IoT, BMS, and energy-efficient solutions.
Ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions and proposals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of building a sales pipeline from scratch.
Experience working in Singapore/Asia-Pacific markets will be an advantage.
