The aim is to help telcos improve on operational efficiency and leverage insights-driven data to deliver enhanced customer experiences as well as to provide them enhanced capabilities to serve their enterprise customer segments. With the combined capabilities of Singtel and NCS\' expertise in digital and technology services, the new SBU has bold ambitions to be the service provider of choice for Telcos around the Asia Pacific and Middle East in helping them to re-invent themselves.What we seek to accomplish togetherThe Sales Executive is responsible for driving NCS sales, including account penetration, prospect qualification, supervision of sales activity, sales process planning, and closing all sales opportunities in the telecommunications industry. He/she is expected to build deep and trusted business relationships with the key clients to seed and grow future opportunities.Reporting to the Client Service Lead, he/she will work closely with different teams across NCS such as the Client Service Units, Lines of Businesses (LOBs), NEXT Services. He/she will work with the teams to define the solution offerings & value propositions to maximize NCS\' win probability in each opportunity. This is achieved by him/her having a deep understanding of the business needs of the clients and working within the CSU and across the LOBs to strategies new growth plans.Role ResponsibilitiesSales Management and Operations

  • Partner a sales lead to identify new business opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Manage an assigned set of clients, and be the single-point-of-contact for all matters related to the client, evolving to the role of a trusted advisor over time
  • Establish a good understanding of the client\'s requirements/needs, or pain points, and work with the extended teams to solution and address the gaps
  • Have a strong understanding of the latest technology trends and partner with internal stakeholders and vendors in the ecosystem to pull together a proposal, in line with NCS\' strengths/capabilities
  • Attain a good understanding of the competitive landscape, and develop differentiating value prepositions, to lead to a successful outcome
  • Manage and coordinate contract terms and conditions internally and externally
  • Complete the deal governance process by ensuring that all necessary approvals and documentation are in place
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction
