Develop the project business locally and identify and directly target architects and developers for projects.
Support local distributors with pricing, catalogues and project specification support.
Achieve annual sales targets and assist in tender for projects
Assist with market research or other local activities related to market and business development and sales growth.
Promote brand awareness, identify prospective clients, and expand the clientele base for the company with focus on the construction sector.
Take ownership and lead business development efforts in selected market segments.
To execute plans and strategies set by General Manager and the company.
Attend to sales enquiries and prepare quotations.
Requirements:
Diploma, Degree in Marketing / Business or any relevant discipline
Possess min 3 to 5 years experience in sales or marketing with good track records in working with developers, architectural and designer firms.
Goals driven and hands-on in executing key measures
High level of reliability and personal integrity
* Experience in the sanitary fittings industry will be an added advantage
