Job Description


Your Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to offer IT Services and Solutions to customers.

What Will You Do:

  • To identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • To do cold callings to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
  • To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • To prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • To prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
  • To negotiate contracts, the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • To establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
  • To provide support, information, and guidance to customers.
  • To set sales forecast, reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • To interface with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
  • To assist in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
  • To collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure customer needs are met.
  • To perform up-keep of customers and partners/supplier\'s database - updating where necessary.
  • To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report as directed by the respective sales manager.
  • To ensure all customers are handled in customer-oriented manner.
What Do We Want:
  • Must have at least a GCE "O" Level.
  • At least 2-3 years of Sales experience or in Project Coordination.
  • Excellent knowledge in IT industry and its products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and customer service.
  • Comfortable to work overtime occasionally.
