Responsibilities:

To develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities and by following up new leads and sample requests.
To negotiate the best achievable commercial agreement and develop short term plans for products sales
Carry out activities like new business development, new product promotion and considering market application of products under supervision with advice and assistance readily available
Gather date on market prices and competitor behavior and provide feedback to relevant sales & marketing team

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience (mid to senior sales exec level)
Preferably from Chemical industry and in Consumer Care i.e. Home care, Personal Care. Ok with candidates from distributors side.
At least Degree holder
Must be comfortable working in matrix organization with good collaboration skills (need to work with different functions e.g. R&D, marketing)
