It is responsible for serving the payment requirements of the world’s largest crypto, NFT and web 3.0 merchants. This is the most dynamic, challenging and rewarding customer segment of Worldpay’s fastest growing business division. We are the world’s leading payment provider offering a full-service end to end solution that encompasses global card acquiring, gateway, treasury, and alternative payment products. Our range of solutions and sector experience is unparalleled. You will be working within an award-winning team that places emphasis on professional and personal development while simultaneously meeting our demanding business objectives. What you will be doing You will be a Business Development Manager focused on selling payment solutions to new customers in the Crypto & Emerging Market segments in which Worldpay is a global leader. Your role will include:

  • Delivering against challenging but realistic new business net income targets.
  • Building and maintaining new customer pipelines.
  • Engage with highly successful entrepreneurs, founders and e-commerce managers.
  • Build the Worldpay brand through presence at trade shows and speaking engagements increasing its exposure in conjunction with Marketing.
  • Become a trusted adviser for our customers to be able to advise global brands on optimizing the use of WorldPay services.
What you bring:
  • You will have sector expertise in crypto, NFT and web 3.0 markets and through this you will bring your own network of contacts
  • You will have a deep understanding and appreciation of the payments industry in particular with regard to card processing, gateway services and local funding methods
  • You will be capable of negotiating multi-million-pound contracts at main board level with Finance Directors and Treasurers of medium to large cap organizations
  • You are a true hunter who likes the thrill of new business, you’ll take ownership and have one goal in mind: to reach (or exceed) your targets!
