Responsibilities:
- Ensures Retail Execution Excellence based on marketing plans
- Builds Relationship with store & buyer personnel in his area in charge
- Identifies Territory and per store Issues and Opportunities and addresses them immediately
- Recommends and facilitates the Issue Quantity per SKU by store in his territory via the system Trains, Coaches and Mentors work closely with the Team Leader & 12 Van Salesmen
- Reporting and Tracking Competitor Activities
- Management of AR in his Territory
- Diploma in Business, GCE N level or any related discipline
- Valid Singapore driving license (Class 3) , company vans will be provided, can drive back home.
- 6 days work week, Mon-Sat
- Able to take over sales and work irregular hours at times
- At least 2 year of experience in FMCG industry is preferred.
- Customer-oriented, pro-active and possess a positive work attitude
