Sales Executive (east, Retail Welcome)

Job Description
My client in the east is looking for the above candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customers\' requirements and recommend our products and services as solutions.
- Provide quotations, follow ups and maintain necessary communication with customers.
- Follow up on sales enquiries from online channels, call-ins, emails, messages and/or referrals.
- Coordinate with the respective branches to coordinate customers\' viewing, move-in and/or other arrangements.
- Ensure the customer database is updated accurately and promptly.
- O Levels/ Diploma in any field
- 1-5 years of working experience
- Good communication skills, able to persuade customers from all walks of life
- Candidate has to be friendly and good in finding solutions, patient and understanding
- No shift hours or cold calling
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attractive performance incentives based on achievement of sales targets.
