Cooperate and analyze customer needs and how the robot can help them, such as increasing work productivity, lowering labor costs, replacing humans in the workplace with robots, and providing commercial technology solutions.
Assist in developing local markets, channels, and overall planning.
Support pre-and post-sales activities, and propose new creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate market research to identify potential leads.
Conduct sales activities, including but not limited to call and visit to customers to close deals.
Assist in the development and implementation of local sales goals in accordance with the company\'s plan and strategy.
Assist the superior in preparing monthly reports, month-end closing, and other paper work.
Assist the dealer system manager in providing customer support and coordinating the timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
Diploma in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields of study
At least 3 years of sales experience in the F&B, / Hotel / in technical sales (after-sales) support roles will be an advantage.
Knowledge in lift, PABX integration will be an advantage.
