(Property developers, project managers, architects, M&E consultants and Interior Designers) Establish point of contact with new and existing clients to build and maintain a cordial relationship Conduct regular telephone call to maintain close contact with existing and prospective clients Sales Cold call & canvass for prospective new clients Attend to enquiries and assist customers on matters related to gas supply availability, gas pipes installation & design and the supply of gas appliances to projects Arrange regular appointments for presentation to introduce and promote the benefit of piped gas services and gas powered lifestyle appliances Follow up closely, secure and grow the sales of gas appliances for residential project Project management Coordinate and attend site meeting with suppliers, main contractor, consultants and developers Manage and coordinate after sales activities to ensure proper project closure Document and keep proper record of all correspondence and meeting with clients for projects Process new project submission, to monitor and manage progress, issuance of letter and quotation, delivery schedule and etc Data processing Business Improvement Collate customers' feedbacks and comments for branch discussion Prepare sales activity report as required and participate actively in strategic business plan discussion Report to manager on the status of all sales & marketing activities and project progress Provide support and assistance to manager for all sales and marketing initiatives seminar/ technical training workshops, marketing literature, marketing materials, PR events and etc Key Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline preferred or equivalent with related experience Minimum 2 years of related working experience Possess own vehicle preferred Proficient in MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word Additional Information Location: North Working Days: 5 days work week AWS, Annual increment, VB HOW TO APPLY: Simply submit your application with your updated Resume in MS Word Format to Elsa Adam (EA Personnel Reg.
