Job Responsibilities

• Render support to distributors in the aspect of Industries engine and generator sales and coordination work like handling of inquiries, preparation of quotations, confirmation of delivery schedules, order processing, shipment arrangements and any other customer related issues.
• Collaborate with distributors in establishing monthly engine production forecasts, relay forecast to factory and communicate with factory to ensure timely delivery of(Industries / generator & Marine) engines.
• Render support to small distributors with the monitoring and control of orders as well as inventory updates.
• Coordinate the support between distributors and related internal departments.
• Make regular site and customer visits (Generator pakagers, Shipyards etc).
• Carry out market survey.
• Review market trends and products in the market.(Land used generator and Marine engine)Keep abreast of market information and development, ie. competitors\' products and prices, project progress and development).
• Attend and prepare for events like exhibitions, Seminar etc.
• Assist in updating brochures, attending marketing events,etc.
• Promote and define new products\' requirements.
• Prepares and conducts generator & Industrial Engine and Marine Engine sales correspondences and reports.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 to 3 years\' experience, with generator or industries equipment sales experience is preferred
• Customer services oriented
• Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
• Basic knowledge of generator and industrial engine.
• Negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to travel internationally, when required
