Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify product improvements on new products and monitor current trends in the industry with competitors and market activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Responsible for developing new prospects, maintaining existing accounts in the Food Service Industry.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and food service providers.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections and manage receivables effectively.
• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Compile market information (Example: market trend, competitors\' information) and analyze sales data to prepare detailed weekly progress reports.
• Generate comprehensive monthly sales reports to inform management decisions.

Requirements:

• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Proven sales experience in the food industry, preferably with perishable goods.
• Strong understanding of the perishable food market and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
