Job Description

One of our Japanese construction companies is looking for Japanese speaking Sales Executive personnel who can join from the beginning of 2024 Jan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities to our clients who are mainly Japanese companies for Offices/Tenants interior installation.

\xe3\x83\xbbIn addition to in-office work, there are sales activities by actually going to customers\' sites.
\xe3\x83\xbbRatio of Japanese clients be in charge of is around 90% and most PIC are Japanese or Japanese speakers. Therefore, there is a high of using Japanese at work.
\xe3\x83\xbbWe welcome those who have no experience in sales or construction industry!
We will follow up with you through On-Job Training and input of knowledge through textbooks, etc.

Reporting line: Local Sales Manager (Need to communicate using English)
Team size: 5 (3 Locals, 2 Japanese)

JOB REQUIREMENT

\xe2\x97\x8f Japanese: Business level (equivalent to JLPT N1, as most of our clients\' PIC are Japanese or local who can speak Japanese)
\xe2\x97\x8f English: Intermediate level (Sales Manager to report is a Singaporean who does not speak Japanese)
\xe2\x97\x8f High level of interpersonal communication skills and able to go sales activities outside of office
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to create presentation materials using PowerPoint
\xe2\x97\x8f Prefer to collaborate with team and others internal/external stakeholders

OTHER INFORMATIONS
Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Salary Range: Up to SGD4,500
Bonus: Yes (AWS + VB)
Annual Leave: 14 days

Medical Leave: 14 days

Probation Period: 3 months
Work from Home: 1-2 days a week is negotiable if it does not affect the work, to be decided after consideration with supervisor
