OVERVIEW
We are hiring a sales executive for a kitchen appliances company.
You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and presentation to management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To achieve growth and monthly retail sales targets by successfully managing the retail sales channel.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and to ensure its growing presence.
Imparting sales training sessions to the dealer's sales team including overall company retail business processes, daily sales operations, customer management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Sales experience preferably in the kitchen appliances handling both traditional and modern trade/ project sales.
Experience in leading a sales team to drive sales from planning to closing and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
BENEFITS
Sales Commission SGD 3,000 - 4,000 per month
