Sales Executive
to help shape the next chapter of our growth story.

What You'll Own & Achieve
Identify & pursue new business opportunities
through networking, outbound outreach, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
Connect with top decision-makers
-- HR Leaders, Admin teams, Marketing heads, Directors, and C-suites
Lead discovery calls
and craft event concepts tailored to each client's objectives
Create compelling proposals, decks & quotations
that win deals and build long-term partnerships
Manage and grow client relationships
with consistent engagement and high-quality service
Collaborate with internal teams
for smooth project handovers and successful event execution
Represent TheMeetUpSG
at industry events, networking sessions, and client engagements
Support onsite event coordination
when required to ensure client satisfaction
Track leads & pipeline
using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-ups
Explore partnership and sponsorship opportunities
to expand event offerings
What You Bring to the Table
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Events Management, or related field
Prior experience in B2B sales or business development (events/hospitality/marketing is a plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
A proactive, resilient, and target-driven personality
Ability to think strategically, plan ahead, and handle conversations with senior leaders
Comfort in hybrid work arrangements and onsite meetings/events
A strong existing corporate network is a
major advantage
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital outreach strategies
