Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To conduct outbound calls (existing leads and cold calling)
- Develop an understanding of the long-term caregiving landscape and unique requirements to strategically upsell or cross-sell company\'s products and services.
- Help improve the sales playbook and processes and contribute best practices
- Developing strong relationships with clients to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Able to commit to shift work.
