Job Description

• Position: Sales Executive
• Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and generate leads
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
• Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients from the sales phase to the implementation phase.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a software sales role, preferably in the HRMS or HR technology industry.
• At least Diploma in any field and 2 years of relevant working sales experience.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities and opportunities.
