COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client, one of the top Telecommunications service providers from Japan, is looking to hire a Japanese-speaking Salesperson to join their team as part of expansion plans.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for both managing existing Japanese client accounts as well as new business development activities as needed
- Realize revenue and margin targets and maximize sales opportunities through connecting client needs with company\'s offerings and solutions
- Responsible for driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients\' buying process, by taking ownership for the commercial agreement for each client
- Research target market requirements, by establishing the key business drivers
- Aim to increase mind/ market share and convert customers currently under contract with competitors to increase new business opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma /Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
- Business proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders
- Min. 5-6 years of B2B sales experience, including sales of IT solutions and offerings
- Efficient reporting skills to report to management
- Bright and positive attitude to build relationship with different stakeholders.
- Good communication skills
- Sales pipeline management skills

BENEFITS
