Allied Food is a food import and distribution company under the Allied Container Group.



Headquartered in Singapore, the company is a mid-sized enterprise with over 300 employees, and actively collaborates with leading corporations from Korea, Malaysia, and Japan.



Currently, Singapore produces only 10% of its food domestically and imports the remaining 90%, making this a highly promising and sustainable industry.



DESIGNATION : [Allied Food] Sales Executive



RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Management of B2B customer relationships, with plans to include food ingredients and other products in the near future, to build lasting mutually beneficial relationships Drive the achievement of set service delivery metrics for bulk and prepack flour and sugar customers and liaising with the relevant teams Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieve targets Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards Develop business plan and sales/marketing strategy for the targeted market, products and applications that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability Deep understand sales strategies and plans to make sustainable business with constant sales increase Penetrate into end-market to find out unmet needs and give value-added solution to increase sales revenue Close relationship with distributors in order to support their sales activities Analyze territory condition and potential market of each country to focus on effective business development




QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage

Work location: 20 Penhas Road, Singapore 208184 Performance bonuses awarded in January and March (no AWS) Work visa is provided for eligible candidates
