• Sales activities

• Meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Outbound Calls to Potential Customers

• Making outbound calls to the contacts of prospective customers.

• Outbound Calls to Existing Customers

• Maintain relationships with existing customers (to prevent churn) and to encourage them to further use the company's products and services (up-selling and cross-selling), referral other potential customers and announcement.

• Generating leads from identified channels

• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

• Answering client questions/inquiries/concerns about products, credit terms, prices and availability.

• Post-sale follow-up

• Relation & follow-up job with patients in the Processing list and the Waiting list

• Maintaining client records.

• Reporting

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports to the management.

• Attending and cooperating to weekly and monthly meetings.

• Understanding and promoting company programs.

• Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales by the manager/employer

II. Qualifications:

• MUST

• Graduate of a 4 year Bachelor degree related in Sales and Marketing preferably Business Administration

• 3 years of Experience working in an outbound call center

• PREFERABLY most recent sales experience is 18 months

• Good English communication skills both in speaking and writing

• Excellent customer service and sales skills

• Strong verbal and written communicator

• Advanced presentation skills in person and over the phone

• Professionalism

• Customer-centered

• Multitasker

• Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision

• PREFERABLY

• 3 years of Sales Experience

• PREFERABLY most recent sales experience is 18 months

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthBenefits:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
