Job Description

We are looking to hire an energetic, competitive, and goal-crushing sales CLOSER. You will take sales calls on Zoom selling some of Growth Co Marketings services in different sectors to multiple different industries).

Strength of character, leadership, and sales acumen carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience. This will start out as a part-time role (2-4 hours/day) with full-time potential down the line.Qualifications:

  • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Business and negotiation acumen
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience in the B2B sales industry
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • A terrific presenter, communicator, and a barracuda closer.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
  • Possess genuine curiosity, and an ability to inspire passion and action in others
  • Must have a "closer" mentality, an infectiously positive attitude, and drive to win
  • Assertive, persistent, persuasive, a self-starter, and fiercely determined
  • Keen to learn new technologies and techniques
  • Polite and professional at all times
A high level of proficiency in:
  • Success in this role is measured by hitting and exceeding monthly targets, consistently staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride, all in a customer-focused environment
  • Time management and fast pace are essential as is being a quick learner, with hands-on training
  • Provide sound information and advice, identify the needs of the customer, and provide the right solution
  • Providing feedback on customer trends and requirements
  • Fluent and excellent English speaking is a necessity
