Job Description
Job Scope:
- Handle all enquiries from parents (walk-in, phone calls, texts)
- Oversee daily operations of the enrichment centre
- Perform in-center sales activities (if necessary)
- Arrange trial classes with parents and actively promote the centre\xe2\x80\x99s programmes to prospective clients in a professional manner
- Work towards company\'s targets and to maximize student base and retention
- Handle fees payment and follow up on fees arrears
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Flexible mentality and work well with team
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin (must)
- Committed and responsible
- Gives creative ideas for marketing and execute it
- Excellent time management skills
- All welcome , good attitude
- O levels, Diploma
- Atleast 1-2 years experience in similar industry in customer service
- Weekend availability
- Commission pay
