Boon Siew Sdn Bhd was started in Penang by our late Chairman Tan Sri Loh Boon Siew in 1958. and was involved in the production and distribution of Honda Motorcycles in Malaysia, Brunei and Singapore under a franchising agreement with Honda Motor Co. Ltd in Japan.Distribution of Honda Motorcycles in Singapore started in 1958 through a branch of Boon Siew Sdn Bhd. This branch was subsequently incorporated as Boon Siew Singapore Pte Ltd in 1977. In 1968, the Boon Siew Honda Assembly Plant was established in Butterworth, Penang. From then on, all Honda motorcycles distributed bear the name "Boon Siew Honda" as the symbol of outstanding quality and service to the communityTill today, our professional team continues to drive the gears of the corporation, and fuel the success of the Boon Siew Honda Brand through product reliability and customer satisfaction.The RoleJob Responsibilities:

• Monitor latest news on Singapore motorcycle industry e.g. COE, new laws.
• Monitor and analyse consumer buying behavior and market demands.
• Actively manage deployment of new dealer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationship and sustainable network of dealers.
• Generate sales from new and existing dealer accounts.
• Tracking and reporting on dealer visits and forecast on a daily basis.
• Reporting on dealer promotions, prices and competitor prices.
• Propose new viable initiatives for dealer management.
• Communication of new company initiatives and price changes.
• Attend to showroom walk-in customers, web, Facebook and telephone enquiries.
• Be service oriented and well-versed in sales processes, and able to assist customers from walk-in till handing over of motorcycles.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Ideal ProfileJob Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Self-driven and diligent.
• Have good knowledge in motorcycles and strong communication skills.
• Possesses a valid Class 2B/2A/2 driving license.
• Able to work on alternate Saturday.
• Commission based.
• Willing to work at 370 Ubi and 255 Alexandra showroom.
