Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions. Present product features, specifications, and pricing clearly and professionally. Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up with customers. Maintain the showroom's presentation, cleanliness, and product displays. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for delivery arrangements and after-sales service.

Requirements

Preferably Diploma or equivalent experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Retail/Showroom environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, proactive, and customer-focused. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office). Willing to work retail showroom hours, including weekends and public holidays (with off-days accordingly).

Pay: $2,800.00 - $7,000.00 per month
