Job Description
- Position: Sales Executive (POS/Saas)
- Location: Ubi (few bus stops from Kaki Bukit MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days ( Mon - Thu 9.30am - 6.30pm, Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 Gross (Basic + $400 Transport allowance/reimbursement) + Commission + VB + 14 days AL + 1 day birthday leave
- Duration: Permanent

- Following up on leads and conducting demos
- Demonstrating and presenting excellent products knowledge
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and project tenders
- Winning new clients and managing and growing existing client accounts.
- Provide pre and post sales support to ensure client satisfaction
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual sales targets
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
- Diploma, degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant work experience in B2B sales/ experience in POS/Saas industry
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suite
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
