FunctionSales, Customer Service & OriginationThis position is a 6-month contract.Responsibilities

• Work with both internal and external regulatory parties on product registration
• Work with Commercial Development Manager for pricing development and management
• Communicate with customer for day-to-day enquiries/requests
• Work with Commercial Development Manager to prepare monthly forecast and estimates and coordinate with supply chain for order fulfilment
• Assist Commercial Development Manager and Marketing team for trade deals and products launch plans.
• Keep track of customer\'s invoices payment cycle.
• Coordinate internally with different departments for customer\'s feedback/complaints
• Work with Commercial Development Manager to prepare/conduct business review with customers
• Consolidate and prepare sales reports
• Any other assignment assigned by Commercial Development Manager

Qualifications

• University Degree in Business Management or similar field
• 1 to 2 years\' working experience. Fresh Graduate can be considered. Willing to learn and fast learner
• Basic understanding of commercial knowledge
• Full professional proficiency in English. Chinese language is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Having high level of confidentiality, integrity and business ethics
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team
