Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join them in as they expand their business. You will be responsible for promoting a range of pharmaceutical products to business partners to achieve the sales target in the assigned territory. Responsibilities
Services existing key account, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Drive sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
To keep up-to-date with market intelligence such as new competitor products, promotional campaigns etc.
Recommends changes in products merchandising approach, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Provides good account servicing to address customer needs and build customer loyalty. This may include managing customer complaints.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Be a dynamic team player and contributor.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in any related discipline.
Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in the field with focus in retail pharmacy chain & lower trade /wholesalers.
Team management experience is preferred.
Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills.
Competent in English, Mandarin & dialects and good communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
