Job Description

• Position: Sales Executive (POS/Saas)
• Location: Ubi (few bus stops from Kaki Bukit MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days ( Mon - Thu 9.30am - 6.30pm, Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200 Gross (Basic + $400 Transport allowance/reimbursement) + Commission + VB + 14 days AL + 1 day birthday leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: POS Solution

Main Responsibilities

• Following up on leads and conducting demos
• Demonstrating and presenting excellent products knowledge
• Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and project tenders
• Winning new clients and managing and growing existing client accounts.
• Provide pre and post sales support to ensure client satisfaction
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual sales targets
• Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry

Requirement:

• Diploma, degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant work experience in B2B sales/ experience in POS/Saas industry
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suite
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
