With a team of highly experienced cybersecurity professionals, the company is looking for individuals who are passionate about the cybersecurity industry to join their excellent team.

Work location: East

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9.00am \xe2\x80\x93 6.00pm

Responsibilities For Pre-Sales

  • Responsible for conducting hands-on POC independently.
  • Presenting solutions to partners and end-users.
  • Providing updates and training to partners and end-users as and when required.
  • Collaborate and support the sales team to close opportunities.
  • Responsible for solving technical business solution needs of partners and/or end-user by providing presales support in the following areas:
- Product/solution Presentation

- Technical Solutioning

- Demos

- Proof of Concepts

- Writing of Proposals

- Tender Compliance

- Statement of Work (SOW)

- Product Enablement

Requirements:
  • Educational qualification in any IT discipline or relevant qualification with information systems major/minor
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years\' of working experience in IT Systems or network infrastructure domain
  • Good knowledge on new developments in cyber services capabilities and industry knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems / network infrastructure environments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results to technical and non-technical audiences
Job Responsibilities for Product Manager
  • Manage assigned portfolio, identify opportunities to generate sales and achieve KPIs.
  • Have strong sales and industry knowledge, and present to clients on specific products.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external vendors and partners to provide solutions for the partners and their consumers.
  • Analyse and keep up with the market trends, to implement a competitive business strategy translating into higher sales revenue.
  • Build product concepts and provide a fresh perspective on clients\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
  • Execute routine product updates and improve processes for SI partners.
  • Provide Business and Revenue forecast reporting, including routine reviews with vendors on business and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build marketing programs
  • Obtain Bill of Materials and pricing by communicating with the internal sales team on product solutions.
  • Ensure proper inventory turnover/management/controls are in place inventory levels.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of product sales experience, working in a SI/Distributor space
  • Educational certification in IT or equivalent
  • Strong communications, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
