Job Description

This is a property sales role for CDL's new property launches as well as current inventor.

Responsibilities

To proactively and resourcefully canvass potential sales leads, build continuous sales pipeline through various platforms and channels so as to meet established sales targets. To attend to sales enquiries and walk-in customers. To support marketing agents in terms of sales administration and legal documents. To manage and execute all advertising and promotional events and programmes.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Independent, self-motivated and achievement driven Outgoing and vibrant personality with a strong passion towards customer service Team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
